A beautiful Chinese export Mother of Pearl dish, possibly used for caviar, dating to around the circa 1900's.

The shell balanced and supported by a stand of silver faux bamboo and leaves, a wonderful elegant tripod of decorative charm.

A mythical dragon dances upon the perfect glistening shell driving away evil spirits and ushering in good luck and blessings.

Export silver marks to base, a sign of quality.
